Michael Chambliss began his professional career in 1998
Michael Chambliss began his professional career in 1998 when he joined the multi-award winning southern gospel quartet The Cumberland Boys.
As the lead singer, Michael and the group enjoyed 3 top ten national radio hits on gospel radio. It was during that time that the Cumberland Boys were asked to perform on the stage of the world famous Grand Ole Opry.
In 2002, Michael joined one of Branson Missouri’s premier vocal groups Pierce Arrow. For three consecutive years, Pierce Arrow was named Show of the Year in Branson Missouri.
In 2009, he moved to Pigeon Forge, TN. and performed in various shows. Dee Gallon, the owner of Memories Theater, soon caught sight of Michael. He became the emcee and guest soloist for Memories Theatre.
In 2013 Georgia Elvis Festival, Michael was named the Grand Champion.
In 2013 Poconos Elvis Festival, Michael was named Grand Champion.
In 2014, Michael spent half of the year headlining in Myrtle Beach with Legends in Concert, and the other half with Memories Theatre in Pigeon Forge.
Michael was named the 2014 Lake George Elvis Festival Grand Champion. One of Michael’s greatest accomplishments was being named 2014 Images of the King World Champion.
Michael has been a top 10 finalist three times at the UETA contest in Memphis, and in 2015 was named a top 5 finalist.
With the backing of Jason Sherry and Terri Futreal, fellow tribute artist and close friend Travis Powell created and starred in the very popular “Reflections on Elvis” production that continues on today.
Currently, Michael headlines at The Grand Majestic Theatre in Pigeon Forge, TN. He is happily married to Samantha Chambliss , an amazing tribute artist, who starred in the original Sherry Management Production, Elvis 56.
